Download and deinstallation of AVG TuneUp/Part of AVG Performance Pro

Hello Hans,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.  
Please click this link http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart,  manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Dear Support Team,

I have a curios problem. After I opend my note book with the name Hansnote, the AVG TuneUp. Programme didn`t work. It was impossible to open the Programme.
There was a massage for a short moment - The subscription has been ended.
My subscription of AVG Performance multidevice has a expiry date 9.9.2017 and includes TuneUp !!
I tried to deinstall TuneUp and reinstall via my account window. Both didnt work - I received a massage : A failaure has been occured during installation. Failure Nr.:0xa0018fa7.
Please tell me the way how I can recover a functional TuneUp Programme.
To Your Information - on all my other Computers does work the same Programme properly. All other functions of AVG Performance Pro except Tuneup are ok.

I didn`t contact Your remote service, due to the results I reached this morning and described in my answer to Mr.Kishore.
In the meantime I can tell You all problems are solved and my computer works as it should work.

  1. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
    5. Run the downloaded file to start the installation process.
    6. Follow the instructions on your screen.  
    7. Complete the installation and restart your computer.
