I am sorry to hear that, in order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I have paid £40 for AVG internet Security 2015, and I cannot get it to run on my computer. When I download the program AVG ZEN downloads and then just disappears from my screen and I cannot get it back to finish the program. I have spoken to about five of the techy staff, and paid for one of them to come in and install it but no joy. My AVG Security has run out today, and I'm stuck. I have just been waiting on the phone for 13 minutes with MUSIC. Where is everyone
