I registered my new program easily and signed in no problem but whemn I try to
download the antivirus program the screen tells me to connect to the internet?
So how did I register if I'M NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET? I have the same problem
every year unless I buy the programs on line instead of purchasing them at the store!!
I have wasted hours of my time trying to install these programs for the past 5 yrs or so and
if I have the same problem again this year, I will not be purchasing anymore AVG programs!!
