I just bought the AVG PC TuneUp for my laptop (I already have the "full protection" package), I log in my account to download it and I can't find any of the products I purchased, instead it says "An internal error occured. Please try it again. We are sorry for any inconvenience." What should I do? Is that something you will fix?
