Download avg to an ipad

Jason, AVG AntiVirus cannot be installed on iOS. If your pad is Mac OS & that's your only device AntiVirus is free (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/for-mac). Refunds are available for products purchased from AVG (http://avgclick.me/AVGRefundPolicy).

I do have two laptops that I want to put it on, that is what I went to the store to buy them for. When I got there I had three choices. Again,I saw in big letters on this box, Secure all your devices, so I paid the extra 20 dollars. The other boxes did not say unlimited devices. I believe they were for up to three devices. I have three iPhones and an iPad so I thought, wow that's a pretty good deal, I will pay an extra twenty for that. Now I get here and find I could have gotten what I needed for twenty dollars less. The selling point was "unlimited devices". But I could have gotten the unlimited devices for free. Now, twenty dollars is not going to break me, but it will keep me from buying another avg product. That is false advertising, shady advertising at best and I will not do business with avg again.

So I paid $50 dollars for something I can get for free?

Just read this trial. I have just purchased pro on the same basis as Jason and am surprised at the issue and attitude of the avg support. Is there now a solution for pro on iPad? Suggest avg step in to this to provide some positive information, not good for profile or brand!

When I click download it says safari can't download. What do I do?

Ok, Alan, I have internet connection and the system requirements you listed are not on the box. I am reading directly from the box,"stay protected online on any Windows PC, android or Mac device you use". But you are missing my point. I am sure you have a great product. I have used Nortons for years but my wife suggested we go with avg because she uses it at work. She said it is cheaper and does just as good. So I decided to go with your product. My only point is that your box at the point of purchase is misleading.
Ok, gulam, I do understand that unlimited devices means multiple devices, but when the price is twenty dollars more for multiple devices and it shows the devices I have, then I should be able to download it on my devices. Bottom line is that I could have paid less and got the same protection, all because of shady advertising.

I believe I will move on, I thought I was talking to an avg employee since I was on the avg support site and I did see your name as avg guru. Not too sure what that is supposed to be if not an employee. I guess you can't take anything this company says at face value. They like to keep you guessing. They would make good politicians. Yes I said that but what I meant was…

So I paid $50 dollars for something I can get for free?

Jason, Exactly what product have you actually purchased from AVG?. Have you bought something that is purely for Windows OS?.
