ich kann die erforderlichen Daten für die Installation von Tune up nicht herunterladen. Der Download bleibt grundsätzlich bei 1/4 der des Balkens hängen. Selbst nach Stunden rührt sich da nichts mehr. Da mir der Support nicht helfen konnte/wollte (habe nie eine Antwort erhalten) versuche ich es hier mal. An meiner Verbindung kann es nicht liegen, die funktioniert einwandfrei. Bin so langsam echt genervt von diesem Programm. hab den sreenshot mal als mein Profilbild angehängt.
Hoffe es weiß jemand Rat

Download freezes
I can not download the necessary data for installing Tune up. The download hangs basically at 1/4 of the beam. Even after hours stirs nothing more. Since I could not help the Support / wanted (never received an answer) I try it here once. At my connection it can not lie, that works fine. Bin so slow really annoyed by this program. got the Sreenshot times appended as my profile picture.
