Hello,
I have tried twice to install AVG Ultimate 2015 on my daughter's laptop. I keep getting the error code 0xe001f90e during the download, and can not complete the installation. I bought this to use on multiple computers and cel phones in my home, and this is the first attempt. I could not find any information on this error anywhere on the avg website, and if I can not get a satisfactory response to this problem, I will be requesting a full refund on the product. I have used the free version of this antivirus on another computer in the house, and experienced no problems whatsoever.
