Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record you have purchased the license for AVG Anti-Virus (1 computer) and it expires on 20/11/2016. Do you get the error for this AVG antivirus program download or while installing this program or did you try to install our AVG protection free for multi-device program that uses Zen interface?
I am receiving an error every time I try to download my AVG protection. I am running Windows 10.

Thank you for the information. I think you would have installed our trial version of AVG antivirus which will expire on 30 days and after the expiration while upgrading you got the installation error. I request you to follow the below mentioned instructions once:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
