I understand that the link you have been emailed is not working. We are unable to find any recent purchase of AVG with this email address. Please provide us screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the instructions you received from AVG.
In 16/11 bought the AVG AntiVirus PRO for android. The link you guide me on the received email to download the application is still broken.Please advice.

Thank you for providing the screenshot. I would suggest you to download the application from Google play store by following the steps below.
1. Open Google play store app on your device.
2. Search for AVG Antivirus.
3. Locate and install the free version of the app.
4. Now open the installed app.
5. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
6. Select AVG Account.
7. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app should get installed automatically.
