Can anyone help. I paid for a 2 year subscription to AVG pro tonight and it will not download. I am contantly getting an error message with code 0xE001D012 Event exec_finished and download cannot complete. Obviously I dont want to be out of pocket if it isn't going to work. I have tried disabling windows smartscreen and firewall but this hasnt helped.
