Hi Sathish
Recieved your E mail and followed the instructions but when asked to end task the AVG programme is still working and will not stop no matter how many times you click end task button.
I have carried out your proceedure many times, control alt and delete selected Task Manager click end task. I have closed down the computer many times and restarted it and followed your proceedure many times but the failed to install pop up keeps appearing.
