Tried that now get severity error.
 
Error code 0xc0070643
 
General internal error error 1721

Have used this for sometime but when I tried to upgrade it would not install after download.
It comes up with :-

ERROR CODE 0XC0070643
GENERAL INTERNAL ERROR AVGMSI ERROR 1721 + 0XC 00706B9

TRIED AVG REMOVE WITHOUT SUCCESS.

CAN YOU HELP
