We have needed to reboot our laptop and I amm trying to download the 2 year licence purchased in May 2015. I have now tried 3 times and get the error code 0xC0070643, and 'Event exec_ finished'. I have no idea what this means. I have removed the Mcafee protection that comes as standard. Thanks.
