Apologise for multiple Q's.  Avg askes me if it must make a exeption, I agreed a number of times but it does not make the exeption.
Is XEplayer sake ? If I diarm AVG to download XEplayer than later AVG won't let me run XEplayer more than likerly!

Tech escalated the case yesterday, so shall I wait for another email with instructions?

AVG does not let me download XEplayer to use on my PC for 2nd authentication?

AVG says: We've safely aborted connection on www.towerscentersafe… because it was infected with FileRepMalware (PUP)
