Hello Eugene,
We apologize for the inconvenience. This error message occurs if the Windows installer service is running in the background. Please open task manager and select "Process" tab.
* Select "Show process from all users"
* Please search for Windows installer process
* Once you find his process, please click on end task, please make sure to end all the intance of this process.
After this installation, please try to install AVG and check if you are able to install AVG without any issue.

I have just got a new dell laptop with Windows 10. Trying to download AVG and get so far only to get an error message general error 0x0652. Can anyone help me please, much obliged. Thanks Eugene
