I understand the inconvenience.
Please press Windows and R keys together on your keyboard which will open "RUN" command window.
In Run window type as "services.msc" without quotes and press Enter key.
In the services window, scroll down to "Windows Installer", right click on it. If you have "Start" option enabled, please click on it.
Try installing AVG Internet Security Unlimited using offline installer which is available in this website: https://www.avg.com/download.prd-gsr .
NOTE: Download the exact bit version file of your operating system.

I am downloading Internet Security Unlimited on PC Windows 10 and it has jammed at 97%. Suggestions please.
