Click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H choose YES for the question Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?(even if you use a free version) and fill out your details, select as android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description explain about your issue completely and finally click on Email option.

I bought the product from a retailer and when I want to download it into my Android it shows me just the option to buy the application. I already installed it on my PC without any problems. But it is difficult to do it to my samsung. Could you please send me a direct link to do it or something that works. I opened it throughout google play as you suggested.
