Downloaded AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) many times in error

I don't have a complaint, I just need info about my account.  I attempted to download AVG Ultimate (Multi-Device) at least 6-7 times and each time it downloaded but I couldn't access it.  Turns out Windows "S" mode blocked it every time.  One of my emails with AVG showed my 10 users was down to 3.  I have really only installed AVG on 2 devices not 7.  I had no idea attempting to download it and failing would be counted as an install.  Will you please take me back up to 8 remaining installs? I have just "switched off" windows "S" mode so I am able to download and install it on my devices now.  
Any assistance on your part will be greatly appreciated.
