Downloading app on android after having avg on my laptop

Hello Richard,

We could see that you have subscribed for AVG Secure VPN 7 day free trial on Android.
It has auto renewal enabled and hence, you have been charged $21.59 on 10th September 2019 to use the product for 1 Year.
This subscription can be used only on Android devices.
Since you have already subscribed for AVG Secure VPN - Multi-Device (60 day) trial, it is not necessary to sign up a trial for Android separately.
Do you wish to get refund for the  $21.59 charge and activate the 60 day trial on your Android device?

I called customer service after getting a text message on my phone that my credit card was billed for a 7 day free trial. What I had done before this is got coverage for my laptop. I've had avg a long time and I love the product. I'm just starting over, and now I need to ask how I can get the charges reversed for that 7 day trial. my phone was already covered by the account I have in my laptop. I sent an email that day, no response. when I downloaded the app it didn't give me a choice about covering the phone with my existing avg membership. When I sign into support I can't pull up the android account. What do I do???

We're glad to help pointing you in the right direction, Richard.
We do have a specialized team who deals with mobile queries.
Their database differs from ours. You can raise a refund request to them via this link.
Thank you for your understanding in advance!
