Downloading app on android after having avg on my laptop

I have replied to your original post: https://support.avg.com/answers?id=9060N0000005PkE and explained the subscriptions that you have for VPN.
Since you have subscribed for AVG Secure VPN - Multi-Device, it can be used on Windows, Android, Mac and iOS devices.
Hence, it is not necessary to subscribe for AVG Secure VPN on Android separately.
You have signed up for 7 day free trial through Google PlayStore and was charged recently to make use of the subscription for a year.
Do you confirm to get refund for the charge debited via playstore and activate the AVG Secure VPN multidevice subscription on Android?

I have an issue involving avg vpn. I have this program on my laptop and I'm allowed ten devices under that agreement. I wanted to use this service on my android phone also. I did not previously have the app in my cell phone. In order to have avg vpn on my phone I downloaded the app. When I downloaded the app it immediately started me with a 7 day free trial, when I already had a subscription to cover my phone. Today, after an email on the 3rd, to which there was no response, tyhey billed my credit card anyway. I requested to have this problewm avoided, but her we are. I called customer service today and got nowhere.I sign into my account here on my laptop and I can't access anything to do with my google phone or account. The account in question is, or is affiliated with, (GPA reference removed)

We submitted a ticket to our Android support, they will process a refund for the subscription and let you know the status via an e-mail. 
If the e-mail is not found in your inbox, do check your spam/junk folders as well.
We appreciate your patience.

Yes I confirm that I want to get my refund returned. I already have the 60 day multi device VPN activated on my phone, and I also can redownload it anytime in case there are any problems. Also, I did not voluntarily sign up for the 7 day trial. I just needed the app.
