I downloaded avg but it came up with error message 00xc0070643. Can anybody help please?
Malcolm, Try installing after downloading & running the AVG Remover (http://www.avg.com/tools#tba2). For downloading & saving the AVG Free install file have a look @ this webpage (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download.prd-afh-free).
