I purchased AVG Performance ref No: 703-0744813 and am having difficulty downloading it. I followed all the instructions but it keeps stalling at the 'password'. This I don't understand as it's the same new password as I've just used to gain access  to this Home Support. Is this the same as AVG Internet Security which I currently have and is due to expire  Aug22?
