Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

Hi - I purchased AVG protection with unlimited downloads on my home PC. Now I am trying to download AVG Pro for Android by logging into myaccount.avg.com via the Chrome browser on my Samsung Galaxy Express Prime phone. However, I keep getting AVG's "you've reached the end of the internet" 404 error message. Clearing my cookies and browsing history did not help. When I go to the Google Playstore, I am asked to pay an additional $11.99 for AVG Pro, which I don't want to do. Please advise how to log into my AVG account on an Android phone so I can download AVG Pro. TIA!
