Hi, accepted. Problem solved. My issue wasn't getting my query answered faster, it was not understanding how your process was working from one screen to the next and whether I was in fact getting through or not. I did. Now I'm wiser. Thank you.

Hi, I have Windows 10 with Office Home & Student 2016. I have AVG Free running and can't download AVG Pro even when Free isn't running. Continual error telling me to restart and try again. Any ideas?
