Screenshot, is taking a picture of the screen and saving it as an image file.
Yes, McAfee will be conflicting with AVG. Hence, it is necessary to uninstall it before installing AVG Antivirus.
Proceed to uninstall McAfee and try installing AVG Antivirus.

I don´t know what the " screenshot" means, I figured that it should be the black & white picture with the details of the failed download. I tried to save it but it does not respond to any command like "print screen".
On the other hand, I must inform that it seems that the new notebook with Windows 10 includes "Mc Afee basic protection" free, till april 23 th.
Could this be the problem?
I have AVG protection on my desktop for some years already, I installed it myself without any problem.
