Hello: Have had AVG for over 15 years and no problems with downloads of data. With the new version (2019) I just tried downloading some files and it runs fine for a few minutes and then I get 'Failed - network error'. What is causing this and what do I need to set in AVG to stop this? I have turned off 'FileShield' does not resolve issue. I have turned off 'Enhanced Firewall' does not resolve. Turned off 'WebShield' and 'emailShield' also no results on resolving the issue! Please help.
Also, AVG at one time had a CHAT assistance via computer; has that been discontinued? This is very aggravating and not being able to get some assistance to resolve…if someone knows where the chat is, please let me know because I cannot find it!
