I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. I see that you have purchased only AVG subscription which is AVG Secure VPN expires on 8/27/2019. You can follow the instruction (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Secure-VPN-FAQ) to download/install/activate AVG Secure VPN.

I purchased and installed AVG anti-virus and Secure VPN.  I can't download files anymore, is there some setting I don't have right or are there other issues?
