I see that you bought AVG TuneUp on 3rd Nov 2019. Are you experiencing this issue with the installation of AVG TuneUp?
Were you using AVG PC TuneUp or is this the first installation?

just bought the program and it has reached 79% download and has not finished…what do I do to get it to finish downloading.
