You have purchased AVG Antivirus license for 3 Windows computers (which can be installed only in Windows computers). Also, we only have AVG Secure VPN for IOS (Ipad/Iphone), we do not have any protection/performance program for IOS.

I purchased AVG today to download three devices. I downloaded it successfully on my computer. However, I’m having problems with my second download to my IPAD. It’s telling me the AVG was already downloaded. What do I need to do In order to download AVG on my iPad?

Thank you for providing the screenshot. 

I don't see the popup message showing for Ipad and also it is clearly mentioned that AVG Antivirus you have bought is for only Windows devices not for Ipad.

Well if the VPN is not free that does not help me. When you are advertising AVG you NEVER mention it not for IPADS. You only mention download for three devices for windows I have windows on my IPAD, so how in the world would we know it does not work for Ipads. your ADVERTISEMENT IS VERY MISLEADING! And you are ROBBING people.
