Well in my case things didn't follow the sequence you described, there was no refresh button and the product name didn't say whether it was AVG Free or AVG Internet Security. The wallet key you sent previously was actually already detailed on My Subscriptions, so I thought I didn't need to enter it again as it was already there. But, somehow, after fumbling around pressing different keys, I ended up somewhere that required me to re input it the wallet key. Voila! The whole thing worked after that. Thank you for your help

We're glad to help you with this. From your description, we see that the program on your new computer awaits activation.
To activate : Open AVG Free/TuneUp - My AVG (at top right) - My subscriptions - Login to AVG My Account using the same email address that you've used to reach us or use the wallet key that has been sent to you via email.
Once the program is activated, you'll be able to fix the performance issues detected by AVG TuneUp. Also, upon activating AVG Free, it'll automatically update & prompts you to restart. After restarting your computer, the free version will be modified to AVG Internet Security. Please try the above step & let us know if it helps you.
I have an ongoing multi device subscription for Security and Tune Up. I am trying to download both to another laptop I have just bought. I signed into my account and clicked the 'need to download' button. The downloads seem to be treating me as a potentially new customer not an existing paid up member. The tune up is telling me I have umpteen issues that need fixing, but it won't 'fix' until I subscribe, the security is only offering me free AVG security. I'm not very computer savvy, so possibly operator error is playing a part here. Your help would be appreciated. Thankyou.
