I bought a new lap top and wish to put the protection on it that I had on the old lap top. The download won't occur because the message states there is a previous AVG program on it. When I try to run a repair I get a message the attempt failed and to contact customer support. O.K. customer support what is the problem and what is the resolution to this user friendly program?
