Downloading The AVG updater 'freescan.' Why doesn't it appear in lower left hand corner?

Sorry, do you mean that the AVG Driver Updater installation file isn't downloaded at all or it doesn't download the updates for your outdated drivers?

Greetings fellow & sister AVG users, I've tried twice on a Windows 7 Home  XP based unit to download free scan of 'driver updater.' Doesn't download. Why?
