Shirley, For removal info have you 'googled' remove Sophos?..

I just purchased this and when I download it gives me an administrative error.  I have checked under control panel and I am the admin.  I ready that sometimes other software is an issue and I do have Sophos on my computer and it will not let me delete this.  Help and thanks.
