Downloadlink is not mailed after purchase and payment subscription

It is not easy to find an option to contact AVG customer services directly and privately. If anyone knows please tell me how to.

On the first of January I purchased an 3 yr subscription AVG Internet Security. I can provide all the details if needed to the customer service department. I payed the subscription and have payment confirmation available. I didn't receive a downloadlink in my email (as was the stated as follow up step in the confirmation).

How long will it take to receive this mail with a downloadlink for AVG Internet Security? Please be so kind to inform me. thanks, kind regard Moniek
