Hello Vickie,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please Right-click the AVG icon in the system tray next to the clock and turn off the protection temporarily. Then download the game file and add it to the AVG Exception list https://help.avg.com/en/avg_free/17/settings_general.html#exclusions. Then turn on AVG protection and check the status.

For a permanent fix, please submit the File to AVG whitelist.

I am blocked from any downloads from Game Giveaway of the Day. It used to be easy to find one button to click to disable for 10 minutes while I downloaded. Now I can't seem to find the right link to disable AVG while I download a game from this site. Directions please.  Thanks!
