If you believe this is caused by AVG, please disable individual components in AVG and verify the issue.

After new installation of AVG Internet Security, I am no longer able to download transactions into my Quicken Account. The files say there are new transactions but they don't seem to have gotten through. It seems to be some sort of firewall issue.
