Dragon install, and turning off the avg antivirus program

I love my Dragon Program amd you have deleted it. I do not understand a lot of the terms in restating something. I need help.

I need to install my dragon and it's say's I have to turn off my antivirus program until  I install my dragon for my computer,naturally speaking, can any one tell me how to do this thank
