I apologize for the incovenience caused. I will certainly help you with this issue. Please make sure that you have updated your AVG application by following the below instructions:

  • Open AVG Internet Security.
  • In top right corner click on Menu.
  • Go to settings and click on the update tab.
  • Please make sure that your Virus definition and AVG Internet Security uptodate.

Hi, I am having issues with AVG causing significant slowdown with my voice recognition software, Dragon Professional Individual 16.  If I turn off AVG, there were no such slowdown issues.  If i shut down Dragon with AVG running, there are also no such problems.  I have added the Dragon program to the allowed apps and have also added several of the folders in the Exceptions list.  I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they managed to do to sort the problems out.  Mnay thanks in anticipation.
