I too have the same problem and have informed the fraud department at my bank who are investigating this , I sent this company the information they requested but they still say they have no records for me , yet they still take money from my bank

I saw that more people had the same issue as I´ve had. The issue about some wierd payment…
Is there someone who is able to help me with this? becuase I´m most certain that I have not done any payment.

According to my recent credit card statement, I made a payment to "DRI*AVG TECHNOL SHANNON, CO. IE".
Unfortunately, I am not aware of having made this payment.
Can I just cancel this payment？
Because I dont want to keep using AVG.
