I found on my account statement a payment to "DRI*AVG TECHNOL SHANNON, CO. from 2018 Dec 29. (amount 1990 TWD and 30 TWD). I am not aware of having made neither any payment like this nor authorization of it.
I want to cancel this payment a get my money back. What should I do for it?
