I was charged $89 on May 29 which I did not authorize and want my account credited and subscription cancelled. Thank you. Doug Todd

Hi Doug,

We acknowledge your refund request. Upon checking your account we see that AVG PC TuneUp has been renewed, as it was enrolled to automatic renewal.
We do send pre-billing notification prior 30 days of subscription's expiry. This email also contained instructions on how to cancel the renewal.
Please let us know if you'd still like to cancel this order & get refunded.
