Dri avg technologies computer software stores

Hi Rain,

We're glad to clarify this for you. However, the charge of 34.99 seems to be under your old/alternate account.
An email has been sent to you requesting the email address. Please revert to us via email to proceed further.
Regarding the card, there is a feature 'Card Updater' affiliated with your account. It automatically updates the card info & allow AVG to renew the subscription.

I have had 34.99 taken from my account on 7th May, I have a new laptop and have no AVG products. Recently my credit card was changed to a new one with a new number. I am therefore disconcerted to discover that there seems to have been a renewal for a product I don't have or use and using a new credit card number which I have not shared with anyone. I have just created this avg account so I can raise this query and also I looked at my profile which showed I have a product which is being renewed in june which ive cancelled. I don't understand how this can be lawful as I don't have avg on this laptop and the credit card number has not been updated. The laptop that had all avg products on it was destroyed as it end of lifed - hard disk burnt out. So that's no longer I circulation. Please advise how I can get a refund of the £34.99 - I have advised my bank Lloyds fraud team who said that if it is not dealt with by avg and all subscriptions cancelled then they will take my case up
