payment has been taken from my account on the 25th July 2018 and on the 26th August 2018 for £49.99 each,it shows on bank statement as DRI AVG Technologies orderfind .com.I did not I did not purchase this order how do I get a refund ? what do I do. Yours Faithfully Ken Jones

I cannot give you my old account as when i origanally went to log in i didnt know my password ,so i had to change my e-mail and password address,my son did all this for me origanally and he now lives abroad please can you help.Ive still been overcharged as it was £49.99 for two years anyway not £ 49.99per month,

i must have account with you,otherwise you wouldnt be able to take money out off my bank account. anyway renewals are annually not monthly.
