the same thing has happened with me £49.99 has been taken outn my account an i have not ordered or brought anything. How do i get my money back. please

I have just been charged £49.99 as well, which I am certain I cancelled my subscribtion with AVG years ago… But yet, just now got charged and has made me stink for the rest of this week.  Have made a new thread to ask for a refund which I hope I get back by Monday, because that was my Money for FOOD.

I have been waiting to chat on line for 10 mins it's says I'm in a queue and just one person in front of me then goes to two then back to one. No-one is coming back to me. I contacted you last week about cancelling a renewal. I've just gone into my bank statement and you have charged me £64.99 . Please can you refund this. I've zero money.

Gail, Also just for your info Digital River Ireland [DRI] (https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=32980892) provides eCommerce and payment services for AVG orders processed via AVG web/In App cart.

Also digital River is also taking £4.99 a month witch was also cancelled by the bank 2 years ago so i want money back as well.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. From your account, I can see that you had placed an order for AVG Secure VPN 60 days 10/26/17 and the program was renewed automatically on 12/23/17. So you have AVG Secure VPN and it will expire on 2018.12.26. If you still want to receive a refund for the AVG Secure VPN automatic renewal then you can reply to me here.

This has been happening to me for some time now. Dispite a block on payments. AvG are noted for this type of behaviour and the banks are well aware of it. Tototally unethical but they do it all the time when you read the reviews on various web sites. Disgusting.

i have been charged with two times i have not used avg for two years 24/5/2018 for 29.99 then on then on the4/6/2018why is this

payment has been taken from my account on the 25th December 2017 £49.99 it shows on my  bank account as DRI AVG TECHGNOLOGIES order find com ie  .payment taken from them.
I did not purchased this order how can I get my money back ? what do I do ?
I will complain to my bank as soon as possible.
