DRI AVG technologies not ordered but payment taken USD49.99

Payment has been taken from my account on 29.08.19 USD49.99.
it shows on my  bank account as ARI AVG order find.
I did not purchase this product and I want my money back. please explain how could you take money from my account without my permision.
I will complain to my bank as soon as possible.

On verifying your account, you have subscribed for AVG Tune Up trial version. Once the trial has expired and the auto-renewal was enabled, you have been charged USD49.99.  

I have cancelled the subscription and refunded the charge. I have also send an email confirmation.
