I have been charged for a product I do not have or use.
i have a pending transaction on my bank statement from yesterday 02/12/23 from DRI*AVG Technologies for the amount of £62.99.
I do not have an AVG subscription and never had. Please can someone help me into how I get this issue resolved?
I have spoken to my bank and they tell me that I need a 6 digit cancellation code from the original retailer.
AVG can you please help me out here.
