I checked your account details and see that you purchased AVG Secure VPN (2 years subscription) on 12th Jan 2018. Apart from this, I do not see any other charge on your account registered under the email address you used to contact us here. I have sent you an email requesting the proof of debit on 16th January. Please check your inbox and spam box as well for the email and, revert with attaching the proof of debit.
An item has been debited to my Bank account via my debit card under the above heading on January 16th. This is a new account and I would not have used it for AVG. Has anyone else had a problem?
