AVG Protection was removed from my very old PC earlier this year as it had so many conflicts and couldn't be used for anything confidential.
My Credit Card has now been hit with an automated renewal subscription of £149.99. No prior notification received and using ALL my current and past email addresses I am unable to Log In to the AVG Website to check what I've just paid for as AVG does NOT recognise any of my information and I no longer have any AVG Protection Licence numbers, Product references etc as it has all been removed from my PC!
How does one check with AVG when they do not even recognise who they are taking to?? I've struggled trying to find my way around the Website but without success!
The Header under TOPIC of this email is a transposition of my credit card entry for £149.99. Can anyone help please??
