Since you have auto renewal enabled for AVG Ultimate (1 year subscription), the recent charge EUR74,99 was debited for its renewal.
This product doesn't have a license number. Hence, during refund request, you have to use order number on both the fields to submit the request.
I have submitted the refund ticket on your behalf.

Recently I found a charge on my credit card statement for € 74.99 associated with "DRI AVG TECHNOLOGIES orderfind.com " and I know I didn't order that. I am seeing postings about this happening to a lot of people related to a product that has not been ordered by them so I assume this is what has happened to me as well.
I would like to see that refunded as soon as possible.
I went looking on the AVG site and made an account. I came across a Refund Request but unfortenaly I could not find all the details to complete this form. For example I can't find any reference numer or licence number from 2017.
The only thing that I have found in my emails where the details of my Norman Security Suite Pro from 2016. Since then Norman became AVG. But I do not know if these details are relevant…
