Hi there. Im aware there are similar posts / questions but understand I need to raise query whilst logged into my account (which is this). If Im going about process incorrectly then please direct me.

Im based in South Africa. There was a AVG payment that went off my credit card on 21 July 2024 but I don’t have any subscriptions (I checked). No one in my household has subscriptions either (I checked).

My question is as follow. Can someone from AVG kindly see to which account this payment belong to? Below was what I received from my bank (absa bank).

Message from bank: ( charge details removed)

Any help will be appreciated.
ps I sent 2 emails to AVG with no replies.
